Full bottles

Unopened, sealed full bottles can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Contact us on WhatsApp with your order reference to arrange a return.

Decants

For hygiene reasons decants are final sale. If a decant arrives damaged or leaking, send us a photo within 48 hours and we'll replace it.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.
